Facts about the hotel tax being proposed within
Denham Springs city limits:

Denham Springs has to find money for salaries and benefits to retain and recruit our firefighters and police officers.

The 6.75% hotel tax will be used exclusively for firefighter and police officer salaries and benefits.

The hotel tax will ONLY apply to people who stay at a hotel that is within the city limits of Denham Springs.

This tax is important for the future well-being and safety of the families and businesses in Denham Springs.
